the units were silent and the staff were very helpful people in special the receptionist. the location was good and absolutely perfect, near the town centre, and starfish beach in the north and sao beach to the southeast, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. furthermore, close to everything.

The rooms are quiet and spacious with a great selection, including indoor bathrooms, and the complimentary breakfast is a bonus; conveniently located near the beach, night market, city center, and downtown night market.

The location was perfect for exploring the island with a rented motorbike. Cozy rooms, nice pool and friendly staff. The spa massage was pretty good, breakfast was ok and the outdoor bathroom was cool. Lovely and smiling staff, very professional. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Phu Quoc. the location was perfect with the beach right in front of the hotel. I loved being able to easily walk to the beach whenever I wanted. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests I had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the unique feature of the outdoor bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, with something for everyone's taste. the value for money was excellent.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

One of the best things about this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. They were always willing to assist and made my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a private terrace where I could relax. I also loved the outdoor shower, a nice touch of luxury. The breakfast provided had a good variety and included fresh fruits.

Noise from other guests in communal areas could be bothersome.

Had a blast celebrating New Year at this beautiful hotel! Loved the stylish rooms with comfy beds and the daily refreshing of towels and bottled water. The pool area was fabulous, surrounded by greenery and clean - perfect for relaxing after morning bike rides. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful, offering free airport pick-up and free bike usage. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of cereals, eggs, fruit, and noodles.

We appreciated the free breakfast and shuttle service to nearby attractions. the room view of the garden and open-air bathroom were unique and enjoyable. Location was convenient to shops and restaurants.

the outdoor courtyard was wet and dirty due to the shower leaks and lack of towel rails.
